Dean believes that every experience should result in learning that is carried forward and applied. His diverse background includes time in Fortune 100 companies, acquisitions, consolidations, start-ups and shut-downs, and in industries as diverse as banking, software and manufacturing. He’s worked in a variety of roles including operations management, business development, planning and acquisitions, entrepreneur, mentor and coach.

Bringing people together is Dean’s passion. His energy comes from helping to establish, broaden and deepen relationships among people, teams and organizations. His involvement in, and his excitement for, Rhumbline is derived from his desire to work closely with others to make their journey clearer by stimulating their perspectives on business and life. Whether he is brainstorming with you to clarify business strategies or working side by side with you to deliver tactical solutions, Dean’s goal is to positively influence each person he meets.
