When co-founding Rhumbline Partners, Cindy focused on designing an organization that supported the passions of each individual and aligned individual talents into effective teams to address the needs of our clients. With two decades of experience in leadership roles in the ever-evolving information technology industry, Cindy has observed that when people are doing what they love and doing it with people they enjoy being with, there is no limit to their effectiveness.

Cindy strives to leverage her own life experiences to help others navigate through personal and professional challenges. She integrates her professional passions of individual and organizational development with personal nurturing of her family, Rhumbline crew members and clients. She deals with every individual with compassion and patience, understanding that we're all on a journey and the greatest gift we can give each other is support along the way.
